Coach Pitch (CP) is the transitional division from Teeball (TB) to "real" baseball.  In the Coach Pitch division, the focus is introducing basic baseball concepts.  We do not keep score in Coach Pitch and while the games can be competitive, the rules are modified to give each kid an equal opportunity to participate and succeed.  Kids get several pitches from a coach, then a batting tee is used if a pitched ball is not hit.  Games last about an hour and a half. Coaches are on the field with the players at all times during games.
